Once the review is completed we document our findings and recommendations so you can make informed decisions about the future. Alternatively we can stay on and advise you in the project management and delivery of the changes, liaising with the software provider to ensure all the short comings and failings of the system are addressed. By acting as a third party we can get the most out of both sides and drive the project to its successful completion.

If our findings determine change is necessary or your wish is to replace the software then we can also help.

Software Selection and Delivery
The time spent reviewing and considering new software applications can be a massive drain on your business. Everyone has their own ideas and individial needs and preferences may come into play. We will manage this process for you and can produce a full Request For Information (RFI) to send to suppliers or a simplified list of requirements which can act as your checklist when evaluating the options. We will even help you research the market and arrange demonstrations of the most appropriate products on offer.

The selection process is just one step, Recenseo can also stay on once the evaluation has taken place and work with you and the chosen software provider to agree the terms of delivery and complete a successful implementation.
