Tributes is a leading supplier to the funeral sector, providing creative and memorable products to support families through bereavement. With the appointment of a new, dynamic Managing Director, Tributes was keen to review its strategic marketing to ensure continued success and help it meet growth targets.

The Brief

We initially undertook a full marketing review to explore the company’s origins, heritage, USPs and strategic direction. All existing materials and activities were taken into consideration and the outcome was a revised brand deck and 12 month activity plan. We were then retained to help deliver the plan and provide strategic support to the sales and marketing team, facilitating monthly marketing meetings, and helping co-ordinate campaigns and customer communications. As part of the retainer we have also helped in the recruitment of a new Marketing Manager and provided interim support as a virtual Marketing Director to ensure that all activities remain on track.
