Pure Offices offer personalised and flexible office solutions to businesses around the country. With over 20 business centres around the UK, Pure Offices is home to more than 1,000 companies and also provides a range of flexible co-working space and meeting rooms for other clients.


The Brief

Initially working with the Port Solent business centre on a phased marketing campaign to promote their commercial office space, our role expanded to include design and editing of The Hub, the national business centre magazine collated and produced by the Pure Offices UK head office team.

At Port Solent, we worked with Karen at Marala Marketing to create and implement a series of themed out of home (OOH) and digital campaigns, drawing on the key features of this specific business centre. The objective being to drive enquiries and push occupancy rates. Running from December to April, the campaigns required the creation of digital ads, roadside billboards and related direct marketing (DM) materials.

The Hub is distributed to all Pure Offices clients in a digital format with printed copies available to UK business centre visitors and anyone meeting members of the head office team at events and exhibitions.

The Hub offers a mix of interesting features and occupier news, helping to develop a sense of community amongst the existing clients by allowing them to share updates and promote their company to a UK wide audience of prospective customers. The Hub also provides an important corporate communications tool for Pure Offices centre updates.
