The Client

Tinwood Estate is an established vineyard in the South Downs producing over 55,000 bottles of English sparkling wine each year from its 65 acres under vine. The Estate offers an immersive wine experience with daily tours and tastings, a large event space and 3 luxury lodges for overnight stays. The family-led team pride themselves on offering a contemporary, fun and personal wine experience and enjoy helping people understand and enjoy English wine.

The Brief

We worked with Tinwood to provide strategic direction on a range of marketing activities. After managing marketing on an organic basis since first planting in 2007, the estate was keen to establish itself as a destination in its own right with a strong brand and reputation. Embarking on Tinwood’s first formal PR campaign we worked to create regular news releases which were distributed to consumer, national and regional press titles to secure interest and coverage. We also researched and recommended a range of complementary activities including affiliations and directory listings, and looked after content creation for social media and web. In 2019 Tinwood opened a new tasting room, enabling us to position the brand as a unique venue for corporate clients and private guests, as well as with professional event organisers.
