Media outreach with Eventflow

Earlier this year we began working on a retained basis with Eventflow, the award-winning event operations platform, to support the team with media outreach, positioning and PR consultancy.

Eventflow is keen to accelerate its position and presence in the market with regular PR and marketing activity. After a strategic immersion session with the senior team we created a full PR and marketing plan covering key goals, competitor research, market research, target audience profiles, core messaging and press lists.

With a strong client list including Goodwood, AIME and BIBA, as well as niche and prestige events, Eventflow acts as the operational event hub helping organisers onboard and manage exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, partners and other participants in one branded experience. The solution offers a transformative experience for events ops teams, acting as the backbone of all interactions and enabling more strategic focus on delivery and the exhibitor/visitor experience.

We’ve now embarked on sharing regular press releases and case studies with the media, alongside a strong features programme, pitching in original ideas and supplying key titles with comment and analysis for planned articles. We’re also working closely with the Eventflow team on their award entries, helping to elevate their position in the event space nationally and internationally.
