The Client

Schoolsworks’ is a multi-academy trust, currently working with six schools in West Sussex. Its aim is to create small hubs of schools across the South Coast which work closely together to collaborate, share best practice and improve outcomes for children.

The Brief

Positioning Schoolsworks Academy Trust as one entity is particularly relevant when the Trust appears in the national news. We added wording to the logo and use the tag line across all marketing. Key values are now displayed in the Reception area of each school to promote collaboration and unity. We manage PR, help to shape the Trust’s annual event, and work alongside Schoolsworks to co-ordinate its internal marketing communications. This includes the production of a monthly newsletter for all staff and governors in the Trust. Staff from across the group can also access peer support from a staff forum that we curate on the website. We successfully ran community engagement activity; from roadshows, banners and flyers, to PR and online expressions of interest to support the Trusts application for a new Free School in Littlehampton. Our staff and parent surveys have helped the Trust and its Schools to understand drivers for choice.
