Millbrook Healthcare is a leading independent telecare specialist, community equipment and home improvement provider and operates over 25 community equipment and wheelchair services around the UK for the NHS and local councils, covering a total population of over 5 million.

The Brief

Millbrook Healthcare appointed Recenseo to develop its corporate marketing strategy. The strategy required a varied approach as it needed to consider how Millbrook should communicate with its three main audiences; commissioners, clinicians and consumers. Following development of the strategy over several months and working at all levels of the organisation, we also provided consultancy to the company on website marketing, branding and social media.
